Terms of Service

VYNN AI is a research tool. It computes financial models from third-party data, generates written analysis with the help of large language models, and shows you the inputs behind each figure. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing it produces, including any fair value, rating, price target, scenario or narrative, is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or other asset, or an offer or solicitation of any kind. VYNN AI is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for any loss that results from them. Consider consulting a licensed professional before acting.

The Service relies on data from third parties, including market data, filings, news and published research inputs, and on models that can be wrong. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and models can misstate a company’s value. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including during the beta period.

You sign in with a Google or GitHub account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is currently free during beta, subject to usage limits (for example, a monthly number of analyses) that we may change. We may introduce paid plans in the future; any paid features will be described before you pay for them.

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any law or regulation, including securities laws;
• resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service or its output without our written permission;
• scrape, crawl or programmatically extract the Service beyond any documented API;
• attempt to circumvent usage limits, security or access controls;
• submit content you have no right to submit, or content that is unlawful or harmful;
• use the Service to build a competing dataset of our models’ outputs.

You own the questions, positions and other content you submit. You grant us a licence to store and process that content to operate and improve the Service. The outputs generated for you (reports, workbooks, theses) are yours to use for your own research. The Service’s software, design and brand are owned by VYNN AI or its licensors. Parts of the Service are published as open source under their own licences, which govern those parts.

The Service uses third-party providers for market and financial data, news, search, model inference and hosting. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYNN AI and its founder, contributors and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, investments or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these apply to the extent permitted.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
