Privacy Policy

• Account. When you sign in with Google or GitHub we receive your email address, name and avatar, and an identifier from that provider. We do not receive your password.
• What you ask and what we produce. Your questions, the tickers and positions you enter, and the analyses, reports and workbooks generated for you are stored in your account so you can reopen them.
• Usage. Counts of analyses run (for the monthly limit), timestamps, and technical logs such as IP address, browser type and errors, kept for security and reliability.

The marketing site vynnai.com uses Vercel Web Analytics, which records page views without cookies and without identifying you.

To run the Service: to answer your questions, keep your workspace, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and fix problems. To improve the Service: to understand which features are used and where the models go wrong. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Running the Service involves these categories of providers:

• Model providers (currently OpenAI and Anthropic). Your question and the data needed to answer it are sent to a model provider to generate the written parts of an answer. We do not send your account identity with it.
• Data providers for market and financial data, news and search (for example Yahoo Finance, Finnhub, Polymarket, FRED, the ECB and SerpAPI). They receive the ticker or query, not your identity.
• Infrastructure. The application and its data run on servers we control at Hetzner Online GmbH in the European Union, with managed database and cache services; the marketing site is served by Vercel. Sign-in is handled by Google or GitHub under their own privacy policies.

The application sets a session cookie so you stay signed in. vynnai.com sets no tracking cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies anywhere.

Your analyses and workspace stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to delete the account. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and then removed. To delete your account and its data, email us from the address you signed in with; we will confirm when it is done.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to some processing. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced in the Service.
